Tuesday Nights: Smashburger Night HK on the Bay has partnered with Pungo-Tuck Beef Co. to bring you locally raised and ethically treated ground beef! The Pungo-Tuck burger is the star of the show, we use our house burger seasoning on two 2.5oz patties and smash them on the griddle delivering maximum crust and maximum flavor. If the beef is the star of the show, the toppings are the supporting cast. It starts with a brioche bun, then we add the first smash burger. We top that burger with a homemade three cheese blend, topped by the second burger patty and more cheese. We then add our house smash sauce, shredded iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced tomato and yellow onion rings. To wrap up the burger we add our house made pickles.
